Pre-Information Form

This form informs you before you place an order, as required by Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. The order summary shown at checkout (products, quantities, prices including taxes and the total) is part of this form. This English text is provided for convenience; in case of any inconsistency the Turkish version prevails.

1. Seller and product provider

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Payment, tax, invoicing and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

• Seller: for purchases from Türkiye and most other countries, Paddle.com Market Limited, 30 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7AU, United Kingdom. You can reach Paddle about payments and refunds at paddle.net.
• Product provider and licensor: Oğuzhan Şahin, operator of KodStore, email: info@kodstore.com. Oğuzhan Şahin is responsible for the product's features, delivery, licence and support.

2. Main characteristics of the products

The products sold are digital content: software, scripts, plugins, themes and documentation. The features, version, system requirements and compatible hardware or software of each product are listed on its product page. Any technical protection measure such as a licence key is stated on the product page.

3. Price and payment

Prices include taxes; there is no delivery fee. The total is shown at checkout. Payment is taken in Paddle's secure checkout window with the methods Paddle offers (such as cards); your card details never reach our site. Tax is calculated within the total according to your country; Paddle does not add tax on top of it and issues your invoice.

4. Delivery

As soon as Paddle confirms your payment, the product files become available under "Downloads" in your account. Delivery will not take longer than 30 days after the payment is confirmed.

5. Right of withdrawal and refunds

As the products are intangible goods delivered instantly, there is no statutory right of withdrawal under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts. You may nevertheless request a refund without giving a reason within 14 days of the purchase date; how to request it, its conditions and its effect on the licence are set out in the Refund Policy. A refund ends the product licence and closes access to the files. An order whose payment has not been completed is not binding and you are not charged for it.

6. Complaints and disputes

You can send complaints about a product to info@kodstore.com, and requests about payments and refunds to Paddle at paddle.net. For disputes you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Courts above those limits.

7. Confirmation

By ticking "I have read the pre-information form" at checkout you confirm that you have read this form and been informed. The order is concluded under the Distance Sales Agreement.
