Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of KodStore (https://kodstore.com) and of the products purchased from it. They apply between you and Oğuzhan Şahin; by continuing to use the site or creating an account you accept these terms. Purchases are also subject to the Distance Sales Agreement and the Refund Policy. This English text is provided for convenience; in case of any inconsistency the Turkish version prevails.

1. Site operator

KodStore is operated by Oğuzhan Şahin; the products are also supplied and licensed by Oğuzhan Şahin. Contact: info@kodstore.com

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and up to date and your password confidential. If you notice unauthorised activity in your account, notify info@kodstore.com immediately.

3. Payment and seller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: the sale is concluded between you and Paddle, and payment, tax, invoicing and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Products are sold for a one-time payment; there are no subscriptions or automatic renewals. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.

4. Licence

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable single-business licence for the product you buy:

• You may install, use and modify the product for your own needs in the projects of a single business (one natural or legal person).
• You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense the product or its source code, including modified versions, or sell it as part of another product.
• If the product has a technical protection such as a licence key or activation, you may not remove, bypass or share it.
• Intellectual property rights in the product and the site remain with Oğuzhan Şahin or the respective right holders; the licence grants a right of use only.
• The licence ends when the order is refunded, and you must delete every copy of the product. While a chargeback is open, the licence may be suspended.

5. Updates and support

You get new versions of the product you bought from "Downloads" at no extra cost for as long as the product continues to be developed by KodStore (lifetime free updates). The scope and duration of support are stated on the product page; support covers installation and usage questions, while custom development and adaptation are not included.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the site or the products for:

• unlawful purposes, fraud or sending spam;
• infringing our intellectual property rights or those of third parties;
• interfering with the security of the site: uploading malicious code, attempting unauthorised access or vulnerability probing, unauthorised scraping, or sending automated requests that overload the system.

Reviews are checked before publication; unlawful or misleading content is not published.

7. Service level

We operate the site and the download service with care but do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. Access may be interrupted temporarily for maintenance, updates or faults.

8. Suspension and termination

In case of a material breach of these terms, non-payment or a reversed payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated violations, we may suspend or close your account and end the related licences. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

9. Liability

Products are provided with the features stated on the product page. You are advised to check that the product suits your system, third-party software and data before installation and to back up your data. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected; these terms do not limit your rights under Law No. 6502. Towards buyers who are not consumers, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product concerned, except in cases of intent and gross negligence.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated; the current text is published on this page. Orders placed before a change are governed by the terms in force on the order date.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over consumer disputes.
