Köpük is a self-hosted management panel for car wash and detailing businesses. Plan appointments by wash bay, send the car to the till, take payment split across cash, card, bank transfer, prepaid package and customer account, and close the day with a Z report. Every change is kept in an audit log: who changed what, and when.
No monthly subscription: you buy once and your data stays on your own server. Upload the ZIP to ordinary PHP hosting, open the setup wizard and you are running in minutes.
Overview
- Today's revenue, cars washed, booking occupancy and expenses, compared with yesterday.
- Today's plan by bay, payment breakdown and latest payments.
- Needs attention: appointments awaiting confirmation, cars waiting for payment, closed till, account debts, recurring expenses due.
Appointments
- Bay × 30-minute slot planner (Bay 1, Bay 2, Detailing, Express; bays are managed in settings), day and week views.
- Click an empty slot to book: customer → vehicle → services → date and time → bay → staff.
- Duration and price follow the vehicle class (Car, SUV / 4x4, Van / Minibus, Motorcycle).
- Conflict checks: the same bay, vehicle or staff member can't be in two appointments at once.
- Status flow: Pending → Confirmed → Washing → Done → Paid; Cancelled and No-show. "Send to till" and SMS reminders.
Point of sale
- Cars waiting for payment and quick sale; service tiles priced by vehicle class.
- Split payment: cash, credit/debit card, bank transfer, package balance and customer account on one receipt.
- Change calculation, quick cash buttons, permission-based discounts with a mandatory reason (cashier limit).
- 80 mm thermal receipt; send the receipt by SMS.
- Cancellations and refunds require a reason; refund the service part or the package part, and package-paid amounts can go back to the package.
Till sessions and Z report
- Opening float at shift start; expected cash = opening + cash taken − expenses paid from the till.
- Counted cash and difference, with a required note when they differ. Printable Z report, emailed to admins.
- Closed sessions are locked; cash refunds larger than the cash in the drawer are blocked.
Packages and customer accounts
- Prepaid packages such as "10 interior & exterior washes", deducted as they are used; sell them on the same receipt as services.
- Customer accounts for corporate clients: credit sales, account statement and account payments.
Customers and vehicles
- Individual and corporate customers (company title, tax office and number), tags, source, SMS consent.
- Normalized, unique plates; make, model, year, colour, vehicle notes ("ceramic coated, no brushes") and wash history.
- Visit history, total spend, account and package balance; Turkish-aware search.
- Excel-compatible CSV export, personal data export and anonymization (KVKK/GDPR).
Expenses and reports
- Expense categories (rent, electricity, water, chemicals and supplies, staff…), supplier, VAT, receipt number; "paid from till" links to the till session.
- Monthly recurring expense reminders (in the panel and by email), category breakdown.
- Reports by date range: revenue, expenses and net profit (vs the previous period), daily/weekly/monthly chart, revenue by service, payment methods, staff performance; every table exports to CSV.
Administration and security
- Roles: Admin, Cashier, Staff. Staff see the plan and counts, not revenue.
- Audit log screen: sales, cancellations, refunds, discounts, till, expenses, settings and backups with old → new values.
- Argon2id passwords, CSRF protection, Content Security Policy, login throttling, session timeout.
- Settings: business details and logo, branches, bays, opening hours, VAT rates, receipt footer, default theme.
- One-click database backup (no mysqldump needed on the server) and a cron command for automatic backups.
Installation and updates
- Five-step setup wizard: requirements, database, tables, admin account, optional demo data.
- Works on hosting where you can't point the document root to public/; sensitive folders are blocked via .htaccess.
- New versions update the database from Settings → System with "Back up and update"; no SSH needed.
- Detailed installation guide (cPanel steps, cron, restoring backups) included, in Turkish.

Sold with a single-business license: use it in one business and its own branches, and modify it for your own needs. Resale and redistribution are prohibited. New versions are free under "My Downloads", and we help with installation and usage questions.
Note: an interface for SMS/WhatsApp providers is ready; a real SMS provider is not included (messages are logged). Receipts are not fiscal documents.
