QR Menu — Self-Hosted QR Code Digital Menu for Restaurants & Cafés (PHP)

QR Menu is a QR code digital menu for restaurants, cafés and bars that runs on your own server. Guests scan the code on the table and your menu opens on their phone in seconds — no app to install, no account to create. You manage prices, products, photos and tables from a clean admin panel that works just as well on a phone during service.

There is no monthly subscription: buy once, and the menu and its data stay on your server. Upload it to ordinary PHP hosting and go live in minutes with the four-step installer.

Guest menu

• Mobile-first, fast-loading menu that even works with JavaScript disabled.
• Campaign banners, featured items, opening hours and an "open now / closed" badge.

Tables and QR codes

• A QR code per table, with bulk table creation (e.g. Table 1–20).

Security

Sold under a single-business licence: use it for one business and its own branches, and modify it for your own needs. Resale and redistribution are not allowed. New versions are free from your "Downloads" area, and we help with installation and usage questions.
